Our live catch is visually inspected before
it is stored in the vessel tank facility to ensure
their well-being before it is prepared for shipment.
The seafood is properly handled and kept in
controlled optimal temperature to keep its freshness.

Fresh Frozen

To best preserve the freshness of flavour & texture,
the seafood like king crabs or snow crabs are
frozen as soon as it is brought aboard the
large catcher-processor vessels and stored in
optimal temperature under food safety standards.

Boiled Frozen

The caught seafood is clean, cooked,
sectioned and frozen on board the vessel and
our processors use cutting edge technology
that are in compliance with HACCP
(Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point)
to ensure strict food safety standards are met.
